The DeepWater process is simple and traditional. We take the highest quality grain we can get our hands on, mingle it with fresh and pure Maine coastal water, and then hop it to perfection. No adjuncts, no extracts, and no funny business. Every step is done by hand with the utmost attention to detail, quality, and consistency.

Our aim is to get the freshest and most flavorful glass of beer into your hand when you come to visit us. To that end, DeepWater Brewing Co. beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. We sacrifice shelf life for the fullest flavor that the ingredients can provide.
