We take the extra step to ensure that our customers are provided with the best possible product. Whether it be the fresh herbs that are snipped from our own gardens, the succulent fruit harvested from our own orchard, or the baby greens and vegetables supplied daily from local organic farms, you can rest assured that Arborvine has long drawn from such quality sources. When it comes to meats, we only buy from natural, free-range farms that provide animals that are 100% antibiotic and hormone free. Furthermore, on the occasion that veal is provided to you on our menus, you can be confident that it is from free-range, mother’s-milk fed calves that have forgone the usual cruelties of traditional veal-rearing processes. Our fish is drawn as much as possible from local waters and is free swimming and wild caught. We may pay a little more in going to these lengths, but we feel that it pays off in the end by providing you the customer with a superior product, and the peace of mind that you are eating healthy foods and are supporting local farms and industry.
